Our manufacturing base in Noida, Uttar Pradesh brings together design, fabrication, assembly and testing under a single process, allowing our engineering team to stay closely involved with a machine from concept through to commissioning at the customer's site. This close involvement is part of how we maintain consistency across both individual machines and complete plant projects.
Design & Engineering
Machine and plant layouts are engineered around the customer's raw material, capacity and space requirements before fabrication begins.
Fabrication
Structural and process components are fabricated in-house using stainless steel and mild steel appropriate to each machine's duty.
Assembly
Mechanical, electrical and control assembly is carried out by our production team under supervision before dispatch preparation.
Testing
Machines are run and checked for mechanical and electrical performance ahead of dispatch, with issues corrected before the unit ships.
