Product Overview
The Kurkure Plant is engineered for producing extruded corn or maize-based curl and twist snack products, using a co-rotating or single-screw extrusion process suited to this style of snack. The finished extrudates emerge from the die in the characteristic curled shape associated with this product category, ready for downstream drying, flavour coating and packaging.
The plant is designed for automatic, continuous operation, and can be supplied as a complete line covering raw material feeding, extrusion, drying and flavouring-ready output, or as an individual extruder depending on what you already have in place.
Available in multiple capacity configurations, the Kurkure Plant is suited to both new snack food producers and existing manufacturers looking to add or expand a curl-snack production line.
